SomaSafe is an integrated approach to restoring a felt sense of safety through the body. It brings together the SomaBag, the DMT123 approach, and the SomaSafe book into a cohesive ecosystem designed to rebuild movement, perception, and nervous system stability from the ground up.

Within SomaSafe, safety is not framed as a belief, mindset, or cognitive position.
